Started in 1960s, a then-rather-insignificant beverages stall in Kuala Lumpur. The stall has since grown from its original location at Pasar Bukit Bintang (current location of Fahrenheit 88 and Lot 10), to Pasar Baru Bukit Bintang (Imbi Market) and currently at ICC Pudu.

A simple breakfast menu comprising a cup of Signature Hainan Tea, toasted or steamed breads and soft-boiled eggs has gained its fame over the years, attracting throngs of patrons to the stall. Among them are loyal supporters who have made it a daily routine to stop by Ah Weng Koh Hainan Tea stall for their usual cup before starting their day. Over the years, this unpretentious cup of Hainan Tea has successfully built a name of its own.

Today we have more variety of signature menu such as Nasi Lemak, Curry Chee Cheong Fun, the originated Hainan Tea Soft-serve and more.

獨創的海南茶風味，香醇顺滑，經由口耳相傳，至今已經是50多年！一杯海南茶、一份烤面包、两粒生疏蛋，已是吉隆坡人的生活习惯。許多茶客三代同堂齊齊來「嘆茶」。每日上班、開工前，都會到茶檔「呷」一杯海南茶，寒暄幾句之後才開啟繁忙的一天。而今，每天都有來自世界各地遊客慕名而來，專程來到茶檔「嘆茶」打卡。
