Return & Refund Policy
- Goods sold are not refundable
- You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection / delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service immediately at +6010 229 9542 (Whatsapp only) or email to order@ahwengkoh.com at the time of collection/ delivery; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.
- Exchange of product(s) can be arranged for the following reasons:
- If the product damages upon collection / delivery.
- If the product is expired.
- If the product ordered is different from the item delivered
- We will inspect the returned product(s) upon return by you. If one or more of the conditions in paragraph 3 above is fulfilled, you are entitled for an exchange of the product with similar value, provided the product is available in our stock.
- The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
- If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
- We reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
